Strategic Plan Implementation?

1.           Successfully piloted Participatory action research in the district of Kole and eventually rolled it out to more parishes within the same district. The intervention is in 6 sub counties, 12 Parishes and 24 villages in the pilot phase. The project will be scaled up in 2023.
2. Facilitating women to participate in the budgeting processes in Kole district. The women groups are supported yearly to participate in the budgeting processes and also monitor service delivery in key sectors of health, education, agriculture and roads. 300 women mobilized to date and are going through capacity building in their different Women Platforms at selected sub counties.
